Help I need a puppy in Coopers Plains, New York

Help I had a morkie puppy all lined up to purchase for the disabled child I work with for Christmas. But now every time I try to go pick him up the lady gives me an excuse. Now she says he has a broken leg. I really can't let him down but I only have $250 to spend and I need something 5lbs or smaller
